Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative activities for the Instrument Calibration Division, including document preparation, raise PR, arrange logistical support and report generation.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively.
  • Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs.
  • Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times.
