Specific responsibilities (not limited to)

Key KPI’s are the following, but are not limited to these alone:

• Receive job cards and understand task instructions before beginning any work
• Collect and prepare materials such as rubber, flanges, polyhouse, wires, and mandrels
• Assist with loading rubber onto mandrels and preparing materials for production
• Measure mandrels and hoses accurately using tape and OD tape
• Assist the machine leader during the pipe‑building process or conduct independent tasks when required
• Paint flanges and record product specifications
• Help the team leader ensure availability of consumables, tools, and materials
• Ensure cleanliness and assist in maintaining housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety procedures when using tools and moving materials
• Participate in hose finishing, poking, tightening, and related production activities
