Your tasks:
Manage and organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare, format, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports using various software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Office, SAP)
Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries
