About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Leadership team. Team Leads provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to front line staff while also supporting the delivery of direct services. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding a team that responds to vulnerable individuals in the community, with the goal of building trust, reducing barriers, and connecting clients to housing, treatment, and health services.

As part of the Leadership team, you will support operations by responding to crises, conducting performance reviews, debriefing staff, hiring, and providing high quality care alongside the front line.
