Role: Team Lead, Implementation, Global Transaction Services Location: Mumbai Business Function: Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. Job Purpose: The role of the Implementation Lead is to implement cash management, trade and SFS solutions for mandates, in addition to managerial responsibilities of the India Implementation Team. The candidate would drive integration of Digital channels (RAPID, IDEAL, MAX, CONNECT, SWIFT) with client ERP systems. In addition, department and organisation level projects would also be handled Key Accountabilities: - Manage Implementation Team and also perform individual mandates for large relationships. - Represent India Implementation in Group and perform productivity analysis, TAT reduction via manhours, enhance coverage, innovate digital solutions, provide advisory to clients and internal sales to win more mandates. - Perform revenue realisation analysis for the mandates implemented.
