Directly responsible to the shift Supervisor of Fabrication/Packing. Communicates and collaborates with the other team leads & department supervisors to keep orders on time. Functionally responsible with all members of the fabrication & packing teams concerning day to day fabrication & packing activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all team members are working safely & report any unsafe conditions or incidents to shift supervisor Start each shift on time and ensure all team members are present Ensure all team members are assigned jobs at shift start and throughout the shift Follow the fabrication and packing WIP reports each shift by due date Ensure all team members are performing quality checks / inspection as required Oversee staging of material according to the required location, re stock, Fab, packing, shipping, shunt, etc Oversee that all team members are following specific instructions according to customer requirements Ensure accuracy and completeness of Epics e...
