Role Overview: The Team Lead – Product Implementation is responsible for leading end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery, payroll readiness, and successful product adoption. This role drives SLA adherence, minimizes rework, and provides strategic and technical guidance to the implementation team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
