Role Overview
Team Lead (TL) – Collection – MMBL is responsible for steering the direction and coordination of collections and recovery of an assigned portfolio, analysing bad debt, monitoring performance, and reporting. The TL leads branch FCDOs to achieve the collection and recovery benchmarks set by MMBL policies and SBP regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection Management
- Conduct portfolio performance reviews and proactive collection perusal, ensuring key portfolio indicators such as NPLs 210+ DPD C/Off are within assigned benchmarks.
- Maintain and record all accounts, commitments and PTP made with customers.
- Implement and monitor appropriate collections activities to secure payments in accordance with agreed terms and maintain the C&R log.
- Ensure adequate feet‑on‑street availability area‑wise, bucket‑wise, and segment‑wise, obtaining daily updates from FCDOs on delinquent portfolio classified as C/Of...
