How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll inspire and lead your team to achieve exceptional results. You’ll be responsible for motivating and engaging your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. You’ll monitor progress towards targets, review branch profitability, and share insights with senior management. You’ll also play a key role in coaching your team to upsell additional products, ensuring they meet monthly sales targets.
