About The Role

Location: Earlswood, Redhill, Surrey
The hourly rate for Monday - Tuesday is £13.05, and £19.57 per hour Saturday and Sunday
Working 36.75 hours per week
There is also the potential to earn a monthly recycling bonus of up to £480.00
Shit pattern: Monday - Friday
You will be expected to work Bank Holidays, where you will receive double pay and a day in lieu for each Bank Holiday worked


What will I be doing?
This will involve:
Maintaining shift logs and providing daily feedback on performance to teams.
Carry out toolbox talks for safe systems and safety alerts.
Assist supervisors with weekly audits, action plans and oversee corrective actions.
Assist supervisors with employee inductions, briefings and training.
Assist supervisors with the day to day performance management of employees.
