Primary Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to provide strong operational leadership to a team of frontline workers at our Diversey Lane site in Auckland. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all processes and activities during the overnight shift, ensuring safe operations, high performance, and outstanding customer service outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, lead, and control team KPI performance, including all aspects of labour management
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements while actively driving a strong safety culture
- Coordinate work activities across internal departments
- Manage employee performance, coaching and development to build strong capability within the team
- Support site leadership to ensure operational continuity during overnight operations
