Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Tech Café to join their team onsite in Opa-locka, FL. This is a "walk up" helpdesk support role where users will bring their machines to the technician for immediate service. Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to Coral Cables as needed to backfill, as well as West Palm Beach on a as needed basis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer, software, and network related issues


  • Provide End-User level II support to on site and remote users for computer systems and various first and third-party apps
