- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care in Cath Lab and EP settings.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans for complex cardiac procedures.
- Float between units as needed to support patient care and staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and industry standards, including Certification requirements.
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and ARRT where applicable.
