Tech Lead Back End

As the Senior Back-End Developer and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining the back-end infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure the back-end code meets industry standards, is scalable, and seamlessly interacts with our databases. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product's functionality and user experience. Your role will include 50% to 70% of coding time, with the rest focused on adapting our architecture, coordinating dev execution, and helping the team grow, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
