We are hiring a Tech Lead with strong expertise in modern web technologies and experience leading customer-facing projects.  
The ideal candidate should be capable of driving technical discussions, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.  
Required Skills:  
* 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Java Script-based web development.  
* Strong hands-on experience in React.js or Angular.  
* Strong experience in Python and Node.js (Express).
