Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our data and analytics team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our organization and life science clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks or Similar technologies), master data management (MDM), and report development (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma or Similar), with a strong focus on leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a strong understanding of Gen AI capabilities.

This role requires a proven leader who can manage onshore and offshore teams, drive recruitment and team-building efforts, oversee project delivery, and engage with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Recent implementations using Gen AI solutions will be a bonus skill.
