Techical Program Manager - Finance, procurement, HR platforms - LATAM Remote

Workstate is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our expert team in support of enterprise business systems initiatives across platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, CoStar, Concur, Oracle EPM/PBCS, and related financial and operational applications. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that support critical business processes, system enhancements, integrations, and modernization efforts.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with business, technology, product, finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders to define scope, manage roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and maintain clear communication across teams.
