Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Manager

RGP is looking for a Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Manager to be the go-to expert for complex accounting questions and a key contributor to our external reporting cycle. You'll review customer contracts for ASC 606 implications, maintain our revenue recognition and CECL policies, and translate evolving accounting guidance into clear, well-documented positions. Partnering closely with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and our external auditors, you'll help draft and review our 10-Q and 10-K filings and the technical memos that support them. If you enjoy turning ambiguous accounting issues into defensible, documented conclusions—and want real influence on how deals get structured—this role is for you.

Base Pay Range: $102,400 - $128,000
