The Technical Administrator provides support to the Executive Administration team and Administration Manager, completing administrative requirements within their unit. The role involves supporting individuals and technical teams by providing efficient and effective administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties including audio typing of long reports, emailing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure project deliverables are completed on time within SLAs.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring high quality customer care.
  • Organise all project‑related paperwork.
  • Monitor project progress and promote updates from technical employees within agreed SLAs.
  • Sort and publish incoming and outgoing project‑related emails.
  • Manage enquiries to agreed SLAs.
