Technical Analyst – Cards Onboarding

Responsibilities
Discuss prepaid program functionality with external partners to understand requirements

Maintain detailed understanding of API web services

Monthly reporting on deliverables to various levels of the organization

Create various business requirement documents that are organized and easy for the external partners to utilize during their integration setup, testing and app design

Participate in and assist quality assurance of applications

Provide recommendations and specifications to refine business processes, as needed, to achieve a positive impact

Track features and tasks in Jira software
