Santam Product Management is looking to recruit an Technical Analyst to provide actuarial and data analytics support for the conceptualisation, development and maintenance of client value propositions. This role invites a driven, technically competent and highly creative individual to help shape the future suite of Santam insurance offerings. What will you do? Loyalty and Rewards Conceptualise, model, develop and manage a loyalty and rewards programme. Collaborate with group stakeholders to ensure the rewards programme aligns with the product portfolio strategy, business unit strategy and group-wide rewards strategy.
