Technical Application Specialist

**What you will be doing**:- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
**What you will likely bring**:- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Windows and Application support experience including Windows diagnostic tools and common troubleshooting practices.
- ERP software experience, with preference for Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista.
- 2-3 years of financial business flow knowledge, including:- Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Inventory and Work In Process management.
- Financial reporting and statements.
- General Ledger account reconciliation.
- Job costing and fixed assets.
- Multi-company consolidations.
