Technical Architect & Architectural Technologist | Developer

This is an opportunity for a technically focused and delivery-driven Technical Architect or experienced Architectural Technician to join a London-based residential developer delivering high-end, design-led residential and heritage projects across Central London.

The company is recognised for its integrated approach to development, combining creative, technical, and commercial expertise into a highly collaborative and streamlined delivery process, from shell and core through to interiors and final finishes.

The role will focus on large-scale and technically complex residential and heritage-led schemes, working primarily across RIBA Stages 3–5. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing coordinated technical packages, managing consultant and subcontractor coordination, and supporting successful project delivery through both detailed technical design and on-site involvement.
