Technical Architect

Overview

The Technical Architect is a subject matter expert in one of our key practice areas (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, Software Development, or Data Analytics). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical design integrity, approving configuration checklists prior to implementation, and managing escalations during project execution. Additionally, you will serve as an instructor in our internal Academy, providing training and sharing best practices.
