Description We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Author to take full ownership of our customer‑facing documentation across a growing product portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead the documentation strategy and deliver high‑quality content including “getting started” guides, API and configuration references, and full product technical manuals. The Technical Author manages the complete documentation lifecycle end‑to‑end, planning, writing, reviewing, and working closely with engineers and product teams to ensure our customers have clear, accurate, and accessible information that helps them get the most from our technology.
