Technical Business Analyst

Project description

We're looking for a Business Analyst who's equally comfortable wearing a light Project Manager hat. You'll translate business needs into clear requirements, keep the Book of Work current in Azure DevOps (epics/features/stories), run day-to-day delivery rituals, and consolidate status across multiple initiatives into crisp, executive-ready updates. You'll bring strong financial-data domain understanding and enough technical literacy to partner with data engineers—without needing to be the one writing complex code.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis:- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders across Front, Middle/Back Office, and Technology.- Convert conceptual ideas or Excel prototypes into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and process/data flow diagrams.- Validate solutions through test scenarios and UAT coordination; ensure traceability from requirements to outcomes.
