Job Description
Brooksource is looking for a hands‑on, technical Business Analyst with a background in Java and DevOps environments. This person will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, technically understood, and successfully delivered.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous development experience, understands how modern Java applications are built and deployed, and can confidently work alongside developers and DevOps teams. The expectation is ownership — from requirement discovery through delivery — not just documentation.
