Technical Change & Improvement Coach

Northpower is seeking a Technical Change Facilitator to lead and embed technical and operational changes across the organisation. You will coach teams, develop procedures, and promote safe, compliant working practices while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with Technical Advisors, leaders, and HSQE teams to assess changes, document requirements, and ensure adoption.
