Job Description :

  • Conduct analysis of customer portfolios and production processes to provide insights and recommendations for required product or menu development.
  • Develop menu creations and food costing tailored to customer needs and characteristics to support the area sales team in offering products to outlets.
  • Propose new menu concepts using One Garudafood products that can set trends in the F&B industry and increase customer awareness.
  • Provide ideas for new product development to ensure product applications align with customer requirements.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment arrangement, and basic maintenance to ensure the kitchen is always ready for use.
  • Perform cooking demonstrations (domestic and international) based on requests from the Commercial Team to support sales growth.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with the sales team to identify opportunities and potential business growth.
