Main responsibilities/skills
Using the company's diagnosis tool to quickly and accurately locate product faults based on professional judgment.
Providing professional and reasonable repair solutions based on product fault diagnosis results to consumers and reaching an agreement on it.
Handling the user when they're not satisfied with the warranty judgment or the repair solution, the user shall describe the situation to the user and get the understanding of the user.
Repairing product faults under the company's standard process within the expected time, so that users' products can work well as soon as possible.
Having a good command of the latest features of Huawei products helps users solve their confusion about device usage.
