Job Title Technical Consultant 
Job Scope The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related to servers, storage, backup, and virtualization, including installation & configuration. She/he designs, configures, tests, and implements projects. 
Main Duties and Responsibilities Implement and configure solutions across servers, storage, backup, and virtualization environments. 
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery. 
Provide post‑implementation support and stabilization, ensuring customer satisfaction.
