We’re looking for a detail-oriented UX & Technical Content Writer to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content across our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to simplify both user interactions and complex technical concepts. Your work will directly impact usability, developer adoption, and overall product experience—especially in high-stakes environments like fintech.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize UX microcopy (buttons, CTAs, form fields, error states, tooltips, onboarding flows, empty states).
- Create and maintain API documentation , developer guides, and technical manuals.
- Develop product documentation including feature guides, help center articles, and FAQs.
