**Your day to day**
+ Partner with business to identify and drive resourcing requirements for assigned segmentand /or as directed by TA lead manager
+ Proactively source and recruit candidates for active roles within designated segment
+ Build and maintain external candidate pools for the assigned segments and region
+ Drive usage of myRecruit (or local job board connections)
+ Deliver service level agreements against all resourcing activity
+ Support local HR teams on Global Talent Acquisition requirements
+ Key talent acquisition expert across various platforms
