Technical Delivery Lead

Technical Delivery Leads will own end-to-end delivery accountability for the CDP → Atlas migration program at Scotiabank — coordinating across engineering workstreams, managing migration waves, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Own migration wave planning and sequencing across all 12 role categories (81 HC program)
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between Platform, App Modernization, SRE, and Security teams
• Track and report DORA metrics, migration KPIs, and program health to senior leadership
• Facilitate architectural decision records (ADRs) and technical design reviews
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation resolution
• Act as primary liaison between Scotiabank engineering leadership and the Atlas delivery team
