What does the role involve? The Technical Director is a senior technical role within the Building Control team, based in our Manchester office. You will lead on large‑scale, complex projects including healthcare, education and commercial high‑rise residential, and ensure that prospects, proposals and tenders are submitted in accordance with Sweco processes. You will also help develop and monitor the technical team members by sharing experience and knowledge.
