Technical Director, Building Structure Basic Salary upto $18,000 Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Building Structures division and its operations. Provide technical leadership and authority for structural engineering projects. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements. Oversee project delivery, risk management, and quality performance. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects. Develop resource planning and optimise workforce utilisation. Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development. Prepare and review technical proposals and tender submissions.
