This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full responsibility for a fleet group, reporting directly to the Managing Director and shaping the technical and operational strategy of the business.

You will lead multi-vessel operations, oversee budgets and compliance, and champion safety, performance and innovation. Candidates should bring at least a decade of experience in technical ship management on tanker vessels, proven leadership at a senior level, and the ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen.
