The technical voice of JuP1 to the CoCs, strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards Central reference for process definitions at JuP1.
Main requirements:
- VDA 19.1
- Inspection of Technical Cleanliness >Particulate Contamination of Functionally Relevant Automotive Components
- VDA 19.2
- Technical cleanliness in assembly – Environment, Logistics, Personnel and Assembly Equipment
- ISO 16232
- Road Vehicles - Cleanliness of components and system.
- Close contact to international competence centers
- Active participation in process definition meetings at lead plants
- Ensure process specific standards and know-how-exchange in cross.
- Value stream engineering teams
- Improve process stability and efficiency.
