Our client, an extruded plastic products manufacturer,, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Manage all customer communication - quotes, orders, and updates - rapidly;
Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and ensure no missed opportunities;
Handle difficult conversations and complaints to find win-win solutions;
Maintain careful records and follow internal workflows for quoting and data entry;
Be the liaison between the customer and production/logistics to guarantee on-time delivery;
Build long-term relationship of trust through reliability and consistent follow-through.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, etc.;
At least 2 years of experience in inside sales in a manufacturing/industrial business environment;
