Key responsibilities Key outcomes (What success looks like) Integration scope, dependencies, and technical approach are defined, agreed, and signed off. Solution design and delivery are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and non‑functional requirements (security, scalability, performance). Delivery risks/issues are proactively identified, tracked, escalated, and resolved with stakeholder alignment. Testing, cutover, and go‑live activities are coordinated and executed with minimal disruption. Complete handover documentation is delivered, and operational readiness is achieved (support model, runbooks, knowledge transfer).
