What You Will Own

• Day-to-day technical leadership across the engineering team
• Turning CTO direction and product requirements into practical implementation decisions
• Code quality, review standards, testing discipline, and engineering hygiene
• Technical decision-making during delivery, including tradeoffs between speed, quality, and maintainability
