We are looking for a **Technical Lead** who will take ownership of the product from a technical standpoint-establishing direction, raising standards, and leading the engineering effort to transform and expand the platform.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership role focused on **stabilizing, scaling, and rebuilding where necessary** .
**What You Will Be Responsible For**
+ Assess the current system architecture, codebase, and technical debt, and establish a clear path forward
+ Define and enforce development standards, architecture decisions, and engineering practices
+ Lead and mentor a small team of developers, setting expectations for quality, speed, and accountability
+ Architect and support scalable, enterprise-grade systems capable of long-term growth
+ Drive the development of new capabilities and modernization of existing components...
