Overview As a key member of Siemens Energy’s Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) team, you will lead and coach software engineering teams that build digital products used across Siemens Energy business areas. You will own technical leadership and governance, ensuring solutions follow organizational standards, security requirements, and engineering best practices. You will drive architecture decisions that align with the strategic IT roadmap and business objectives. In close collaboration with product, business, and delivery stakeholders, you will translate needs into scalable solution designs, assess emerging technologies, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations. By advancing standardization, automation, and engineering excellence, you will help deliver high‑quality digital solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
