Technical Lead (Mexico)

OverviewThis company is seeking a Technical Lead to guide both engineering execution and strategic direction as they continue to build mission-critical logistics software.
This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership: you'll design and build complex features across the stack, make pragmatic architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with the CTO to shape technical priorities.
Ideal candidates are full-stack engineers who are comfortable working on low-level infrastructure and performance as well as shipping product features.
In addition to technical ownership, you'll mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and ensure the systems remain performant, secure, and scalable.
This is a high-autonomy role where you'll work directly with customer teams to understand their workflows and translate them into structured, intelligent solutions—often in both Spanish and English.
