Job Description – Tech Lead (Python) Role Overview We are looking for a Tech Lead (Backend-focused) who will drive end-to-end backend architecture and delivery, while enabling select GenAI capabilities (RAG, LLM integrations) within solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership, system design, and team guidance, with minor GenAI exposure. Key Responsibilities 1. Backend Architecture & Design (Primary) Lead design of scalable, high-performance backend systems Define microservices architecture, APIs, and data models Ensure performance, reliability, security, and scalability 2. Technical Delivery Ownership Own end-to-end backend delivery across pods Drive design reviews, code quality, and technical decisions Align backend delivery with overall project timelines and milestones 3.
