Description

Technical Lead responsible for the technical health, quality, and direction of engineering systems within the Private Bank Technology Integration team.

Owns system design, engineering standards, and architectural integrity, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business and platform strategy. Operates as a hands-on leader, contributing to critical code paths while primarily enabling the team through unblocking, guiding design decisions, and managing technical complexity.

Drives engineering excellence through strong governance, code review discipline, and continuous improvement practices. Partners closely with Engineering Leads and Application Owners to ensure delivery is technically sound, sustainable, and production ready.
