Technical Lead/Manager, Application Development (Winnipeg)
Position Overview
As a senior hands‑on technical leader, you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications that support our client’s manufacturing, operations, and business systems. You will act as a player‑coach, leading a small development team while remaining deeply involved in full‑stack development across a green‑field environment. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and high‑impact solutions.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full‑stack developers; promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily development activities (design, coding, testing, deployment, production support). Meet with business units to review requirements, lead production meetings, and develop wireframes. Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute hands‑on to development work.
