Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager

Job Summary Lead technical operations for LNG bunkering vessels and trucking business, ensuring compliance with marine regulations and supporting safe, efficient LNG bunkering services in Singapore. Responsibilities Support technical matters for vessel and trucking LNG bunkering business to ensure operational readiness and safety. Review and provide detailed comments on drawings, plans, and documents during FUELNG's LNG bunker vessel construction to ensure timely delivery and operational compliance. Manage third-party supervisors and liaise with shipbuilders and ship owners to coordinate vessel readiness for Singapore operations. Conduct LNG bunker vessel compatibility studies with customers and prepare technical procedures and operational walkthroughs to enhance safety and efficiency. Prepare and coordinate Joint Plan of Bunkering Operations (JPBO) documents with all stakeholders to ensure smooth bunkering activities.
