Job Description Technical Manager – Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) 
About the Role Reporting to the Group Depot & Transport Manager, this role is accountable for defining and governing Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) standards across the network. You will set the technical frameworks that drive consistent repair, offhire, and disposal decisions, and ensure these standards are applied in practice across all depots. 
You will provide technical oversight of fleet performance, with a critical focus on reefer reliability in service.
