Job Summary
The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technical teams responsible for solar and telecommunications installations. The role ensures projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to company and client requirements while maintaining high technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise solar and telecommunications installation teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor installations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist technical teams on‑site with installations and technical challenges when required.
- Communicate with clients and ensure project expectations are met.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to the Director on each project.
- Procure and manage stock and equipment required for solar and telecom installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
